1. What are private tours?

Are tours for small groups of people who do not want to be part of mass, routine tourism, but want travel tailored to their needs. Private tours, private guide, driver and vehicle are for your exclusive use; no matter you are individually, or in a family or friends group. The tour is run exclusively for you without strangers.

2. How long in advance should I book a tour?

The sooner the better! We have a team of top rated guides but they get booked quickly.

3.Do you require a deposit?

We currently only accept deposit payments through a secure third party payment service, known as PayPal.

4.How do I make a payment thought PayPal?

When you are ready to book, we will send you the necessary info that you need to pay the deposit through PayPal.

5. How is the remaining balance paid?

The balance is due cash to your guide at the end of the tour.

6. What are the meeting point locations for each tour?

Once the tour is confirmed, we will send you a relevant meeting point information so that you will have no trouble finding the guide.

7.What time do the tours start?

Private tour slots are 8.30 /11.30 /14.30 but of course we can arrange the tour at the time that suites you most.

8. Are entrance fees/ lunch included?

Lunch is not inclued in the price of the tours.Your guide will be happy to suggest places to eat. Entrance fees are not included.

9. Do we share a car?

No you don't have to share a vehicle with strangers, you book the car for your own use.

10.What is the pick up/drop off point for the tours?

The pick up/drop off point can be your hotel; if you are coming with a cruise ship we will meet in the port; if you are coming with a train, at the station.

11.How will I recognize my guide?

The guide will wait for you at the meeting point holding a sign with your name in his hands.

12.What vehicle do you use for the tour?

We use air-conditioned 7 seats luxury Merceds minivan.

13.Should I tip the driver?

The tip is strictly optional.
